Why do I do it?
I see every day the impact on patient care of our staff doing what they do best – caring, learning, developing, trying out new ideas, believing in the possible and sometimes the impossible. Meeting individuals from teams and organisations across England is both challenging and very energising. I enjoy continually learning how to make change happen and being able to help others to do the same.
