The Source4Network platform has been funded by the Sustainable Improvement Team in NHS England, to support collaboration across health and care. The team have developed a range of system wide network leadership capability building support offers, to strengthen and improve the impact and effectiveness of networks across health and care, and you can contact Liz Maddocks Brown (below) to find out more . These offers have been developed in co-production in response to the Five Year Forward View, Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) and Developing People Improving Care Framework.

After graduating from the University of Manchester in Management in 2008, Georgina has been working across the Health and Care system, working in in both public and commercial sector roles. Primarily she has been working as a Programme Manager, developing and implementing local, regional and national programmes of work in collaboration with partners from across the system.

Having graduated from the Mary Seacole, Healthcare Leadership Programme, in 2016, Georgina is passionate about developing cultures that promote open discussion and collaborative leadership, giving everyone the opportunity to participate, thrive and contribute.

Georgina’s current role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of Networks through a number of programmes, tools and resources, acknowledging that collaborative approaches and connections are an effective and essential mechanism for solving “wicked issues” and driving transformational change, locally, regionally and nationally.
