
Georgina Hamill
After graduating from the University of Manchester in Management in 2008, Georgina has been working across the Health and Care system, working in in both public and commercial sector roles. Primarily she has been working as a Programme Manager, developing and implementing local, regional and national programmes of work in collaboration with partners from across the system.
Having graduated from the Mary Seacole, Healthcare Leadership Programme, in 2016, Georgina is passionate about developing cultures that promote open discussion and collaborative leadership, giving everyone the opportunity to participate, thrive and contribute.
Georgina’s current role focuses on maximizing the effectiveness of Networks through a number of programmes, tools and resources, acknowledging that collaborative approaches and connections are an effective and essential mechanism for solving “wicked issues” and driving transformational change, locally, regionally and nationally.
